Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every quote and order with AssetLabel.au (ABN 76331791853). By accepting a quote you agree to them. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Design your label in our editor and request a quote. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. 10% GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. Unless we say otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.

To place an order, accept your quote from your dashboard and give us your delivery and billing details. We then send you a secure pay link. Production starts once payment has been received.

You're responsible for checking the spelling, numbering, barcodes and layout of your design before you accept a quote. You confirm you have the right to use any logos or artwork you upload. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed label.

We take payment online through Stripe. Once your payment is received, a formal tax invoice is issued.

99% of orders are delivered within 10 business days of payment. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers or events outside our control. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

We'll help you choose the right material for your assets. How long a label lasts depends on the surface it's applied to, how it's applied and the conditions it's exposed to. Please follow our application guidance.

If your labels arrive faulty or don't match the design you approved, tell us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund them. Because every label is custom made, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.

You can cancel at no cost before production starts. Once printing has begun, we may charge for the work and materials already used.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to reprinting the labels or refunding what you paid for them. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
