AssetLabel.au (ABN 76331791853) is an Australian manufacturer of asset labels, asset tags and barcoded ID labels. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If we ask for information that identifies you, it will only be used as this policy describes.

• Account details: name, email, company and phone number.
• Order details: delivery and billing addresses, accounts email and purchase order numbers.
• Label designs, including logos and artwork you upload in the label editor.
• Messages you send through our contact and quote forms.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working well.

We use your information to prepare quotes, manufacture and deliver your labels, send invoices and pay links, answer your questions, and improve our service. We don't sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless you give permission or the law requires it, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Logos and designs you upload are used only to produce your labels and to show you proofs. We don't share them or reuse them for other customers.

We share information only with the services that help us run the business, such as payment processing, email delivery, hosting and couriers delivering your order. We also share it when Australian law requires us to.

Your information is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption and access controls. Only authorised staff can see order details.

Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember you. We use them to keep you signed in, save your label design while you work, and see which pages are used most so we can improve the site. Traffic information is used only for statistics.

A cookie doesn't give us access to your computer or any information other than what you choose to share. You can decline cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, like signing in and the label editor, may not work properly.

Our site may link to other websites, such as Stripe for payments. Once you leave our site we have no control over those websites and this policy doesn't apply to them, so please read their own privacy policies.

You can view and update your details from your dashboard at any time. To get a copy of your information, or to have your account and orders deleted, email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you think any information we hold about you is wrong or incomplete, let us know and we'll correct it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time by changing this page. Please check back occasionally to make sure you're happy with any changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
